try very very cold salty water first, but you'll probably need some stain remover for that. If theres a ServPro near you, Id stop in and ask what they use.

Put some hydrogen peroxide on it, give it a couple of seconds for it to do its magical little chemical reaction with the blood, and then sop it up with a clean, damp towel. Then blot it dry with a clean, dry towel.
